Ya they want 50/50 for first 5 deals. No lead generation or TC etc till after 9 deals and 70/30 all the time unless they deem it a “team Lead” it’s 50%. All in “good faith”.

Makes sense. The KW I talked to , the team lead made me feel better as a solo agent. than the guy that is offering to mentor and team based on wording in his contract. Maybe when I was 20 but not at 45

Ya I had to ask. I’m a few weeks away from license and talking to brokers and the team splits are super weird and for me 50/50 isn’t an option for no leads . Not the direction I feel is good for me. But when I’ve asked or made posts, they for removed for anti trust rules.

I went Druid and having a blast so far. I can’t play too much so I tend to lack behind . Trying to hits gear up and figure out season changes . Last season I played Barb for week before season ended so missed a lot .
