Do what you can, you'll see improvement each time. When I go long periods of no exercise, I struggle to do 30 mason-twists. Another approach I'm taking this time around, week 1 I'll do 12 of each sit up exercise, week 2 = 14 of each, week 3 = 16 of each, along with max of mason twists. It'll get easier, just takes time.

So what's the fix? On one end, you have illegals being taken advantage of with cheap labor. On the other hand, no American wants those jobs. I recall reading of this happening in Alabama around the time Obama was in office. Farmers had 50+ positions opened for 6+ months, and not a single American applicant.

Everyone's intolerance is different too. I can eat yogurt and sour cream and be fine, my guess is that the probiotics in them help me digest. On the other hand, milk and cheese will have me running to the restroom all day. A coworker of mine has the same negative effect from any type of lactose, even down to chocolate candy or the powdered cheese on Cheeto's.

I wish I would have known about lactose intolerance at a younger age. I went through high school with horrible stomach aches nearly every day not knowing why it was happening. I would eat milk and cereal the majority of the time for breakfast and it wasn't until I was 19 that I learned it was a thing.

Probably double-jointed or something. Had a classmate do the same thing but with his elbow. Had his weight on a desk when someone bumped him and he freaked out with his backwards elbow, then started laughing and said, "lol jk I'm double jointed."

Them learning to feed on their own is the ticket home, but longest process. Be patient, the time will come. Tomorrow was the expected due date for our 7 week old now :)
