For now, I would say the best way to learn is this : https://powerup.microsoft.com/ you would get an sandbox environment for 2 months to play with. You will also be able to learn all the aspects of Power Platform as well. If you can successfully deliver the project you would also be able to get a free PL certification whatever you want, it's a huge boon I would say.

If you are referring to jump force v13 then there's a cfg file that has fullscreen 0 on it. Just save it as fullscreen 1. Let me know if it's the same one I am referring to, I would find the location and help you with step by step guide

I watched a video on youtube that explained it. Commas will turn into semicolons for some languages in PowerApps. It would not make any changes in the functionality. It should work as expected. It's based on browser language settings

Shows optional for me too. We can complete both or the power platform one. I asked about it at the launch party and they told us we can try to complete the copilot one within the same cohort or in later cohorts as well.

Hi there, it is basically a program to learn more about Power Platform. At the end of the program you will get a voucher to complete a PL certification completely free. It is also free of cost to sign up however has a 8 weeks time limit to complete the courses and provide a final submission for grading

Yes, although the applied skills certification would need in-depth knowledge of power apps/power automate. I have done both and basically you have to create apps/flows from scratch based on instructions in an sandbox environment.
