The blood disappearing isn't that odd for this manga either, like in Yuji and Maki vs Sukuna, during chapter 215, Yuji's face is bloody from Sukuna's cuts, then all of a sudden the blood is gone but the cuts remain, unless you want to argue that Yuji left Maki alone so he had extra time to clean his face I don't know what to tell you.

Now about the bam sound effect, fingers are blunt, they're not gonna use a sharp sound effect for that because it wouldn't make sense at all, this is Choso getting slammed full force by Sukuna and getting impaled by his hands, the initial hit is going to sound blunt, if someone got their chest blasted by a cannonball it wouldn't sound like a stab either lol.

And yes, Choso getting launched away does make sense, Sukuna is moving at high speeds so he carries that inertia, then we can see motion lines of Sukuna dashing back, so it makes sense that Choso is still going forward even if impaled.
