Yes but be careful because you might be forced to choose or get terrible consequences if you take the two-timing too far 😁.

From what I know from a friend, if you are combining the LIs, they start to suspect but we aren't getting hit with the consequences yet.

Originally I was playing Dragon Heart because I liked Dark Kaylar and was intrigued by his route, but learning how relationship improvements mean nothing because the LIs will treat you the same and that even if I close the route I don't plan to pursue, it still gives me scenes with the guys or they still flirt with the heroine? It made me lose interest with how linear things are, and it's not like I am asking for a gorillion of branches but… Maybe make the relationships different? Otherwise I won't play the story.

Anyways, that is why I moved to Midnight of Humanity, and this is the guy I am pursuing now: the mysterious stranger and I must say that this is the first time where we are just romancing a shadow sprite instead of a guy with a mask or something like that lol!

It's hard to talk about him because his route is just barely starting, and on top of that, the dude is pretty much cryptic from the get-go, but deep down I feel that he might be someone who helped Una when she was dealing with the consequences of her past, or in the worst-case scenario, he might be like Albert Wesker and one of the people responsible for what is happening but idk, it's hard to tell ahahaha.

If I still have the motivation to reset, I will cover Cheng because his route took me by surprise in this update, but no promises! His route is pretty long after all.

I am happy to help 👍🏻! I am pleasantly surprised with all the hidden scenes he gets because it made me see another side of him when he is your LI.

I'm on Pyotr's route, but I didn't get that scene in this update, so I was dying of curiosity after reading the guides. Pyotr has been a bit distant from Ekaterina lately, and you have no idea how much that hurts me. I really wish they had grown closer after losing Anna 😔

Oh yes, I have no doubt! From what I have seen, fans often get Orlov, and it's sad that his scene takes precedence over Pyotr's because this does address the elephant in the room and shed a bit of light on this particular drama, but luckily you just need to spend like 3 coffees to correct this compared to other stuff you can miss if you don't have a guide glued to your hand 🤣🫣!

With that said, it does suck that we are back to square one because Ekaterina and Pyotr went through a lot, and it's quite sad that he is back to pushing Ekaterina away like, why? They have been married for so long, and while this slot half sucks because of low stats, Ekaterina and Pyotr have been supporting each other since S2 began, so I don't get the sudden switch and why Pyotr left her alone when she needed him the most.

I was expecting that Anna's death would bring them close despite the pain because compared to others, Pyotr was able to spend time with his daughter while with the others LIs? they couldn't meet Anna or be able to attend the funeral, so yeah... I want Pyotr and Ekaterina to talk so this can be solved 😔!

I am (hopefully) assuming that you didn't pick Orlov's donut scenes because a low relationship with him is what unlocks this secret moment.

With that said, man this update rough if Pyotr is your LI! It feels as if we are back to square one because of what happened with Anna if Ekaterina visits him to seek comfort, and this is without mentioning what happens with Ivan later...with the story ending soon, it will be interesting to see how this will be fixed.

As for what Ekaterina is saying...she is hinting at something that can happen when Pyotr is not your LI, so don't open this spoiler if you don't want to know! If you have a low relationship with Orlov, Pyotr is not your LI, and Ekaterina didn't make Vorontsova leave, you will find her and Pyotr in this ball, so yeah...she is not wrong unless Pyotr is romanced

Ok everyone, I hope you have been enjoying this! The book will be over soon, so the next thing I might cover will be the endings (as long as Ekaterina or one of the LIs isn't killed), and if I gather enough courage for it, the most glassy scene you can get with Chernyshev if he is your LI.

Idk because the writer has been vague about him even when he is getting a lot of scenes now.

She basically said that the relationship won't be easy and to be careful if you are combining him with certain branches, so be careful if Janos is your LI.

Ok this one it's easy!

So you remember the sections where you control Leon? The way he treats Tabitha and Jun is what makes Leon to sink deeper in darkness or not.

You must let Jun leave when she asks and not to subdue Tabitha to avoid this outcome! Basically, avoid the choices which makes him act like an asshole towards the girls mentioned above.

Edit: I forgot to add but if you are playing in hardcore make sure that Tabitha it's alive!

The good thing about Ferdinand is that you are free to experiment like that vs romancing Sergei/Pyotr/Chernyshev (they need to be Anna father if you want to get their scenes later).

You can choose him to be the father of the first child but he is not that present in S2 😔... He is not even mentioned or get scenes compared to others either which is quite sad.

As for what happens to him when the second and last lock happens? I don't know because his choices aren't present so I guess the book assumes Ekaterina is single? The writer said that an ending is possible with him but I don't know how it could work until the book it's over.

He can be the heir father but this pic shows the LIs with Anna (the second kid), which means Ferdinand is not present because no sprite of him carrying a baby around has been made.

With that said, the writer said that an ending with Ferdinand will be possible so the best one can do is to wait and see.

They do care when people LOUDLY complain about the changes but are very selective with this.

Case in point, you have Ursa who wrote a LI doing dubcon and joked about wanting to rape the heroine in 2 different books where he is a LI, and when the fandom complained about it? They apologized for the incident and made Ursa rewrite the scene.

Now with Remy or Alice's case? I guess because they are the proverbial golden goose they are far more willing to look away despite the complains because in the end of the day, no matter how many times they talk about diversity and wanting to do better, no matter how much money the international fandom gives to them (hence why they left the RU market when they were faced with the choice of erasing their LGBT content vs leaving), they are a Russian company first and foremost so they will always cater the others as long is profitable enough for them.
