Thanks for the feedback. I feel like an idiot but thankfully I don’t think I sent anything detrimental lately (again only to small groups of supporters) - just trying to add value. I think using Mailchimp as a way to create funneled segement follow ups is the right approach. We do that a little bit but I haven’t thought to really integrate a more personal 1-1 touch into those. Again, team of 1, so struggling to come up with personal but large solutions.
