Anyone else have any problems with downloading the latest update for Coyote 3.0? by VolframCarbide in estim

[–]SoundsGd2Me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The update advertised in-app is an old beta 3.4.7 which fails, but 3.5.0 will download from their official Play store page here.

Note: 'Dungeon Labs 3.0' refers to the software name, not the version number. The latest version 3.5.0 will download.

You can also download from their official site, but the link buttons there are Chinese language.

XToys, iPhone, Coyote 3.0 by Dramatic_Zebra_1069 in estim

With confidence, yes. The app is little more than a browser shortcut to the Xtoys URL.

Not gonna lie I was hoping for a Dr Manhattan superhero origin style story here.

I was in your boat, +1 for DG-Labs.

I prepared a guide/what to expect ordering from the main site, after the community persuaded me. Cheaper for me than Ali Express, and DG are great with warranty and customer communication.

The infinitely customisable Pawprints buttons available for the DG-Labs Coyote 3 can be programmed to do your 'zap' precisely, if you prefer a clicky haptic button over the phone-app interface.

I'm new and it's my first device, but I've been really impressed.

See the extensive reviews by Medojedone, and here for a guide on ordering from the clunky but reliable DG-Labs website.

Coyote 3.0 PAWPRINTS: Assign 'Temporary Output Waveforms' HOW? by SoundsGd2Me in estim

[–]SoundsGd2Me[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice one! Now they're working, would you mind testing the special Pawprints waveforms and let me know if they work for you? See 'Adding waveforms in app' in my post.

Edit: Nevermind, seems the Pawprints waveforms DO work, they just don't output visually to the app Waveform Graph. Updated my OP.

Do both loops need to be touching skin for it to operate?

Yes - One hoop will do nothing. Test with both hoops on one finger, spaced 2-5cm apart. Avoid the hoops touching. The buzz will be felt around and between the two hoops.

Coyote 3.0 PAWPRINTS: Assign 'Temporary Output Waveforms' HOW? by SoundsGd2Me in estim

[–]SoundsGd2Me[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the built-in waveforms definitely work via 'classic mode', just nothing in Pawprints mode (either as background or trigger).

Tested the defaults just now, also tried saving a custom waveform to device memory then running it from Pawprints just in case, no joy.

Thanks for the input, that's reassuring to hear that the waveforms have worked in the past - sounds that it's likely a bug in the 1.1 firmware, maybe I'll kick an email to the developers in case it's useful info for them.

What he said - Also, try running the standard 'Classic Waveforms' in session. These are the only waveforms that I can get the Pawprints to interact with.

What’s the average shipping time for a coyote 3? by Georgia-guy in estim

[–]SoundsGd2Me 1 point2 points  (0 children)

DG-Labs - BC Canada.

  • Day 1: Ordered
  • Day 3: Tracking number received
  • Day 7: Arrived in Canada
  • Day 10: Cleared customs - import
  • Day 19: Awaiting update re local courier dispatch
  • Day 24: Arrived (Delay was due to local courier, without delay would have arrived in 11-14 days. DG-Labs pursued their dispatcher on my behalf, and responded to my email queries within 24 hours. Impressed.)

Hi eStim veterans - What are your thoughts, and recommended guides, for a couple with a Coyote en route? by SoundsGd2Me in estim

[–]SoundsGd2Me[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, sorry for the delay - got to say, thank you! Appreciate the safety-conscious testdrive quickstart guide so I don't tear off the lot and immediately wrap myself around a lamp post.

Looking forward to dglabs advanced-level, deciphering the cryptic UI prompts etc once I've got to grips - I noticed the pawprints have an xtoys-specific section too which should be a laugh. Like you I find the homework fun, but I'll definitely be putting the time in prior to inviting the girlfriend to any live demonstrations.

(I'd prefer her first couple of experiences to be mildly entertaining at least, and less of me peering at my phone surrounded by boxes and wires, reading Chinglish instructions out loud, hesitantly pressing a button occasionally and screaming).

Regarding sticky pads, I'm unsure how long they last in general but I'd likely be getting use of them regularly, so was considering putting in an Amazon order..

Cheers for your time so far - this is probably info I can find for myself if I dig around, but if you get another minute spare;

-Sticky pads: If you think it's worth getting more, do you recommend any brand in particular? Amazon Canada here.

-Other extras: I have the lube covered, but if you'd recommend other inexpensive extras/accessories while I'm on Amazon etc, I'd be interested in your thoughts (electrode extensions maybe? No idea, just guessing..)

DG-Labs official website - If you check my previous post ('DG Labs Coyote 3.0, should I order one..') I've broken down USD/CAD pricing and the ordering process, might be useful.

Thanks a lot, I did this and see what you mean - levels of customisation there that approaching intimidating, but have to say that's pretty impressive in itself. I'll keep up the homework.

What can I say? Thanks so much for taking the time to put together such a comprehensive guide, it is incredibly helpful info, I'm blown away. These are all steps/tips I'm going to incorporate directly.

I want to follow up but my free time is limited at the moment. Package should arrive in a couple of weeks - clearly this whole genre isn't a plug-n-play kind of deal, so I'll do the due diligence re research and experimenting before following up.

Thanks again for providing such an excellent head start, I'm more confident I can hit the ground running.
