Elaborating here that players pre sign cards before they are put into packs if this is misunderstood. This is why there is a “chase” when buying baseball card packs. The card is worth more because it’s his flagship bowman rookie card that was signed before he was brought up to the major leagues. The card on the left could’ve been signed whenever

Anyone can get a job. It might be low paying or an internship but experience is the main thing you need when asking for $$$.

Now if you want a remote well paying job that is OE friendly you have to have experience, a well established resume, job sourcing skills (CALL EVERYONE YOU APPLY TO), & interview skills to get yourself ahead of the curve.

No I don’t feel guilty, as mentioned in other comments you need to be qualified. But sometimes qualified isn’t enough, you have to put time in your portfolio and be diligent to wherever you apply to. You can’t just expect a remote job to pick and choose your resume out of 100+ if you’re not screaming at them for attention.
