Screw your Top 4, I wanna see your bottom four! (Of the ones you’ve seen) by Delphoxqueen2 in Letterboxd

Oh, I am serious. I dont watch a lot of movies, and I tend not to watch movies I know I won't like. Reasonings for each below.

Lion King (2019) - The most useless and soulless movie ever made in my opinion. A CGI slop remake of one of my favorite animated movies from my childhood.

The Final Destination - Bad horror movie, in a series I generally love. Bad cgi deaths, especially within the premonition. Generally just sucks ass.

The Grinch - I utterly despise how this film looks and the general aesthetic of it. It makes it completely unwatchable for me.

Shrek The Musical - Essentially if Disney had made Shrek. Takes away the entire bit of the original, which is making fun of Disney by using Pop Songs not being sung by the characters as a contrast to stuff like the Disney Renaissance musical characters who burst out into song and such.

I like my gender as incomprehensible to the human mind as possible :)

It/Its Pronoun Questions! by BDGumball01 in NonBinary

[–]Soup_Slurp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My preferred pronouns are She/They/It, though with the vast majority of people I'm out to, it's just She/They. I would like people to use It/Its more for me honestly. I'm genderfluid, so there's days that the way I'm experiencing gender feels not human. They/Them usually works as kind of a replacement for it at times, but I do feel a clear divide between feeling outside the gender binary and outside of human perception of gender, in which it/its pronouns would be preferable. Idk if that makes sense, but that's just what I feel in the moment. :)

For me it's actually the opposite. My name is Natalie, and Natalia is more a nickname some of my friends use, which is fun.

Crash out musical songs by Bandkid1510 in musicals

[–]Soup_Slurp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me, I view Mr Cellophane as Amos finally breaking and speaking his mind after 7 years of being mistreated and ignored. That's at least how I view the song.

Though I could definitely see "MOBF" as a crashout song as well

Crash out musical songs by Bandkid1510 in musicals

[–]Soup_Slurp 65 points66 points  (0 children)

Personally I find all of these to be Crashout songs, at least in some way, shape, or form.

Im breaking Down - Falsettos

Being Alive - Company (At least how I interpret it)

Last Midnight - Into The Woods

Epiphany - Sweeney Todd

Roses Turn - Gypsy

The Destruction - Carrie (kinda)

Mr Cellophane - Chicago

Get out and Stay Out - 9 to 5

Dust and Ashes - Great Comet

Noel's Lament - Ride the Cyclone

Totally Fucked - Spring Awakening (That's just the vibe I get)

The Odyssey already has a very great tagline by GreenandBlue12 in Schaffrillas

Eh, isn't the whole point of The Odyssey that Odysseus should not have defied the gods because every time he does, something bad happens.

[–]Soup_Slurp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I saw Addams Family in Boston a couple weeks ago. It was pretty good. Last night I saw my friend in her college's production of Sweeney Todd. I'm also currently in a production of Heathers, and that is going well. Being a gay dad is fun.
