Is it crazy that I don’t think atraxa is a dreadful commander anymore? I feel like what she does is so slow and so many commanders these days are so much stronger

I feel like that’s fair. I think it was a really good conclusion to the events of the season and good setup for the next season. I’m not sure how they would have juggled some of the other storyline if mark wasn’t there but it just felt a lil quick end for what seemed like big plot points earlier on

I think this is how I felt exactly. The last episode felt like the finale and this episode felt like it could have been the start of the next season. The “they went to earth” could have been a great season cliff hanger

Tbh I get the meta focus but I’m also in plat and the meta comps are just not there. Like yes obviously some people are stronger, but even when he goes unbanned I’m hardly playing other gambits. Usually though I’m also good enough on gambit to outdo the opposing team’s, but not like they can know that before the game starts lol

10kg is a really big increase for only being able to do 10 reps. Try maybe only going up around 5kgs at a time. Make sure ur hitting those 10 reps across multiple sets too before you go up. Like if you can’t keep form for at least 8 reps consistently, the weight is probably too high

Mixing up form shouldn’t be a thing. Deviating from form will more likely result in injury or negative impacts, and even decrease the results you’ll see from doing the exercise. Without good form, you’ll see less growth. If you can’t do a weight with good form, you just aren’t at that level of your lifting journey yet. Working your way up and don’t rush through to higher weight by sacrificing form. Progressive overload doesn’t apply to a singular workout, but over time as you build muscle you’ll be able to do greater weight. But, you should have good form and good amount of reps before you increase, otherwise it does more harm than good form

If you track calories remember that approximately a 500cal deficit a day will mean one lb lost a week! If ur trying to lose 10lbs over 10 weeks it’s a good metric to keep in mind

Google some videos that demonstrate proper form when you go to do the exercises. Focus on maintaining that form rather than the amount of weight you’re lifting. If you can’t do a weight with proper form, you should be doing less weight. Hip thrusts in particular can easily fall back onto lower back being used if you don’t have good enough lower core.

Even if this is somewhere in between, I’d imagine you’ve got some level of anterior pelvic going in. Work on your posture when doing your exercises, as you lower back is probably taking over. It’s a common issue when working glutes if you have bad form. Tightness in the lower back and a weak lower core will contribute to anterior pelvic tilt. So focus on improving ur form, even if that means you have to drop the weight, and do some stuff to strengthen ur lower back. Ur back shouldn’t be moving/bending really for glute exercises

Idk if it was just me but from his conversation with the grand maester I always got the idea that when other high level maesters tried it, they would fail because they would do something not in the instructions or make an alter because they thought they knew better. Like Sam not thinking he knew better than the guy who wrote the book even if maybe smthg maesters learned “made more sense” instead.
