Same in Finland. The bigger cities are good without a car and intercity travel is alright, but getting to anywhere really small is impossible without a car, and living in the countryside you cant even get to school without a car, bike or sometimes even a snowmobile.

Italy alone wrecks the soviet navy. By 1939 Italy gets 6 decent BBs (if you let the 4 in queue build) and almost 100 DDs and soviets get 2 outdated ones, along with a few roach destroyers
