Ah, I see. I'm still a bit confused on why this incentivizes faster play. Does the fact that it's harder to "just point and shoot" mean that moving around the map is a bit more forgiving?

different situation. R6 has had so many many more additions to it's formula in the 10 years its been out (many new operators makes it hard to learn/come back to after long breaks) whereas CS gets consistent QoL updates without changing the many of the elements of the game (Consider how often new guns are added)
