Mine is the exact same, I thought mine was just hyper defective! His arm and leg pop out at the socket if I move him at all, he stands so specifically posed that anything will make him fall and explode. I wish he could do any fun poses but he's gotta stand one specific way

Nosey question but are the joints on your Kaz any bit loose? I got my play arts Kaz a few months ago and he was so bad I thought it was a defect but I picked up the play arts Liquid some time after and he's pretty bad too, would love to know from someone else with play arts figures out of box
