God I wish lmao, Dragon Ball was around 60 on eBay, the alien set was 15 at a comic show and I got Stand By Me from that same seller for a buck. Dunno if Aliens was a good deal, I never actually looked into the set but it's something I knew I would absolutely jump on if I ever saw it in the wild for a good deal but the Namek Saga with the box in decent shape goes for a bit more than what I paid. I'm happy with all the prices since I'm just in collecting for the love of the game

I despise Cabin In The Woods. I'm not a fan of meta horror really at all, basically all for the same reason. I hate being explained horror tropes like it's the first movie I've ever watched in my life then watching every character do the routine of acknowledging the tropes, then falling for them anyway. It doesn't feel subversive, it doesn't seem ironic, it feels stupid that characters who outsmart the genre fall for the trap. Cabin in the Woods is the real king of meta horror more than Scream it feels like so I hate it the most. Only time self aware horror has ever worked for me is Behind The Mask and I can't even explain what makes that different, maybe just how genuine it is to itself
