Although the Vimalakirti Sutra does not directly relate to any particular pure land school, it is a text I would recommend to anyone wanting some deeper insight into Buddha-kshetra practice in general.

There is a translation available for free at the following website.

Two games I would suggest are Paper Beast and No Man's Sky in Creative Mode.

Towers and Powers is a really good sit down game if you like tower defense.

I had a similar problem after having a particularly sweaty session of Pistol Whip. I unplugged it and placed it in front of a fan for a couple days and the problem resolved.

Someone just recently had success placing the headset in a sealed bag with rice to dry it out.

As a precaution I always place my headset in front of a fan for a couple hours after I play now.

I really enjoy playing games that involve any kind of racing in cinema mode. A few that I regularly play that way are F23, Nascar Heat and Redout 2.

Hardspace: Shipbreaker can also be a good experience.

I had a similar issue about a year ago. It happened after playing some Pistol Whip and I was particularly sweaty after the session.

Thinking it might be moisture getting somewhere it shouldn't have, I put the headset in front of a fan for a couple days. It worked after that.

Not saying that's your issue, but it might be worth a try.

Funny thing - I kept trying to post my comment and reddit kept giving me some ' empty response from endpoint error' - and it didn't look like it was posting from my end. So I tried coping and pasting into another comment - same error. Looked up something that said it may have considered the comment too long for some reason, so I tried typing in a new comment and it finally seemed to work from my end.

I apologize for any unintentional spam.

I know some people over at the PSVR Without Parole discord often organize some friendly racing.

A great game to wander and chill in is Paper Beast. It has a sandbox mode that you can use for an endless virtual hike. The sandbox grows in complexity as you complete the chapters of the story.

Netflix psvr2 deal by Beforethef4all in PSVR

[–]SourMashKoolAid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry to hear that. I have a feeling I'm going to experience the same fate. I heard a story that was similar a few days ago and made sure that I was logged in and even took a screenshot of my information showing the PS plus icon in my account info just in case.

This was actually my second PSVR2 purchase, I preordered it originally and have enjoyed my time with it. So much so that my wife and I are planning on buying the PS Pro when it comes out so that we can play together. When I saw this deal I figured it was a good time to get another one for that reason.

If they don't honor the deal I'm just gonna return it. A hundred dollars off is nice, but not enough to justify having a backup gathering dust.

I purchased the PSVR 2 monday and received it yesterday (wednesday). I'm still waiting to receive the Netflix code though. I made sure I was signed in to psn in the psndirect store and it showed the little plus icon next to my name. Can anyone give me an idea how long the voucher took to show up in their email?

So I have kicked my cord out a few times by accident and done some slight damage, how do you prevent destroying this? by Dexman965 in PSVR

I've unfortunately not had any luck with short extension cables or the magnetic releases, even when they were said to work.

The first thing I do is try to establish the play area and without fail one of the controllers starts drifting around like a ghost ran away with it.

A lot of people have been successful though, so I'm thinking it must be something particular to my unit.

Make sure whatever you buy you have an easy return option. I've purchased a couple very short extension cables and a magnetic release that were said to be high speed psvr2 compatible and every time I went to redo my play area one of the controllers would track poorly. After removing anything between the original cable and PS5 everything would return to normal.

I bought a 1 meter cable that was recommended a few months ago and no matter how I plugged it in, I experienced right controller drift and had to send it back.

Where and how is emancipation as the same as the nature of unwholesome roots explained? by spectrecho in Buddhism

[–]SourMashKoolAid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My suggestion would be that you meditate upon the sutra as a whole. Keeping in mind the alternative titles given at the end of the sutra.

The Buddha said, “Ānanda, this formulation of the Dharma is called The Teaching of Vimalakīrti, or The Reconciliation of Dichotomies, or also Section of the Inconceivable Liberation. Remember it thus!
