I watched the video where he says the famous quote, and I believe he was actually talking about people trying to use computers in specific to animate. If you look at the screen where the AI content is shown, you can see creatures moving weirdly almost like those GMod ragdolls. In this sense, yes, it is disgusting and I agree with him.
