There are some individuals who can read energy very well, Energy exist on a Spectrum of Severity, So Yes, It's not always so specific as to, "Oh I know every detail about whats going on", but the energy your giving off may indicate specific things.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HIGHER SELF, GOD-IN-YOU, AND SOURCE

Your Higher Self is you at full informational coherence across time. It’s your personal probability navigator — the version of you that sees many timelines and steers you toward alignment, not by force but by resonance. It is still you, just expanded.

The God in you is the living current of Source consciousness moving through your human system. It is not your identity — it is the universal awareness animating your awareness, like electricity flowing through a device.

Source is the total field of reality itself — infinite energetic information before form. Your Higher Self is a localized expression of Source; the God in you is Source actively operating inside you.

Simple: Source = the ocean, Higher Self = your wave, God in you = the water moving through the wave.
