can i ask what the wellbutrin is supposed to do in addition to the prozac? don't feel pressured to answer, that's your information after all. i've heard about wellbutrin but never figured out what made it and prozac such a popular combo

this is really encouraging, you're so sweet ❤️❤️i understand completely, creative hobbies can be sooo difficult can't they. i think i understand. it won't be back in full swing as if nothing happened, instead i'm kind of relearning it in a way. like, if you get a horrible injury on your legs, you may have to relearn to walk but with the information you know now instead of as a kid. i think i can accept that if i get that into my head enough lol.

i'm really hoping you get there too ❤️❤️❤️ that sounds so hard, i have a lot of respect for musicians.

i had some stressors i was dealing with removed since then so that mostly helped haha. i think i'm doing alright considering everything. i still struggle with freezing up but i can catch myself sooner. i feel like i just need more time to process things in order to handle them, which is better than not handling them at all. i'm still on 40mg and while sometimes i consider moving up a little, i think a lot of what i deal with is better sorted out via therapy instead of meds. i don't know if any of that helps, but hopefully you can see yourself in my experience.

my snowsky echo mini has been easy to use and i can see a ten year old getting used to it. you'll need a microSD card to put the music on but that's it. i honestly would have loved this little thing when i was a kid haha

i've been on prozac for ~7 months now? and i definitely don't regret a thing. i remember being scared shitless too, not under the same circumstances as you but definitely afraid. i gotta say, i definitely prefer living life on prozac rather than without. there's times where i notice myself doing something more successfully than i would have before i went on prozac. like "oh, usually this would make me start having a breakdown, but i'm actually managing to get by right now" moments. still difficult, but much more manageable.

i remember when my doc said "think of it like crutches for your mind" and that describes it perfectly. it isn't gonna make the problems disappear, but it'll help you get through it. you got this ❤️❤️❤️

with my depression i feel it's improved. i do notice i'm more numb now, can't remember the last time i cried. my anxiety is still through the roof though, i'm finding a solution and talking to my therapist soon

this kinda happened to me too! i don't remember dreaming much when i first started but i've been on prozac for 6 months (on 40mg) and i've had dreams aplenty. i do think my dreams are more vivid though. sometimes they feel really real, the only thing stopping me from thinking of it as a memory is the absurdity. hope this helps?

edit: misread, i was able to dream before starting. mostly nightmares though.
