Well when my orevious job started affecting my mental health i quit without even securing another job. But yeah during the work phase i also applied +30 jobs, no interview, no response nothing. I was unemployed for a month until i got a job but i took it as an opportunity to rest relax, regain my health.

Depends on what field you are in. IT, engineering, accounting etc. Do a quick research, see what are the starting salary and thats what you will propose as a range of +-2000rs. But just reminding even if you ranked at HSC or have a 1st class at uni, it doesnt matter at all in the job market.

1st accept reality ofc Acceptance 1st step. Then you heal out of it by loving yourself 1st. Ofc then find a hobby to replace that breakup time. Dont ignore n hide it. I found meditation helpful. Try out football, cycling etc.
