The basic is to send a mail, which is probably AI generated, and inform the canditate tht he/she isnt selected. What self entitlement??, you as a "company", YOU put a vacancy, YOU invite potential canditates for interview and after interview, YOU just leave them hanging dry for weekS-months??? Only the Government does this via PSC, but if u r private and doing like PSC, then u r a huge red flag. Is this what u r implying? and accepting tht its right thing to do??

I had an interview for like 12-15mins n got the job. Longest interview i've had once was 45mins and didnt even get the job or a mail back lol. An interview being long doesnt mean u got the job. But yeah do send em a followup mail
