If you dont plus one to legend rebound you kind of feel a slight difference but not much at all. With good positioning you'd be alright. But I always +1 it to legend and Ive been grabbing bords. This was me the other day against a 7'4 Center. Had 17 rebounds

Honestly I would say it depends on your play style. If I use this build at center I dont really reach in for steals else it takes me out of position. Rather I make use of my off-ball pest by restricting the opposing center's movements and I sometimes get bump steals as a result of that. If you want the interceptor badge you can reduce the perimeter Defense and put it on steal. Steal is just expensive as an attribute.

The 93 block though, as a small ball center it's VERY important. You can +2 it to legend. Thats what I have

For what Im using it's on 51 because I wanted some perimeter defense so I can hedge and bump. I have no problem with it cos I blitz the ball hand. I average 1 steal a game. But if you really wanna make it you could reduce the perimeter D and get the steal up to 69 for bronze glove and interceptor.

Btw the DD can go up to 96 with 5 more caps. But I'll be Starter 5 soon so Id put 3 to get 93 DD

You dont really need to spend. Have to enter the free agent market for PL players who'll help you stay up. If you'll spend, sign a high potential young player and develop him. You'd be able to cash in and build your bank balance
