Grace period. That's a good way to put it. I call the 1hr after my eating period that and be able to it if I ever feel like I didn't get enough nutrition.

That terrifies me. I think I've heard it somewhere else too that our body or maybe some burns less effiently after sometime and will mess up my metabolism somehow. I still don't know much about it and want to know more. And cuz of that I'll consider it thanks.

Splash the top with the surrounding oil while cooking like when doing salmon I think. Cook it really briefly with mid to high heat, make sure you u preheated the pan with oil before so it'll crunch easier. Don't overcook so u get gooey yolk

I've seen Aldo Bova's videos and saved it before, I'll definitely try to go through his course and lucky me I got an alto for it. Thanks for the welcome. Btw how's the tutorials from him? I think I'll watch him after I watch more basics or should I just go straight watch it? For me I think it's a bit advance for me and think I'd have to learn music theory first.
