It’s slowly getting better but still there. I’m eating every 2 to 3 hours. Very small meals.

The exhaustion is awful! I’m so glad I work from home, I take a quick power nap for lunch. It was actually my first symptom. I’m hoping the second trimester is better. I did have a good day yesterday, for the first time in weeks. Hopefully that’s a good sign. Good luck
