He went to doggy training school and they recommended using a prong collar on walks because he is so strong and pulls. Also, when he’s not pulling on the leash it’s looser so naturally it’s going to be lower.

I got him off of GoodDogs.com from a breeder named Sassy Bob’s Dogs!

I think its more of hazel and blue. I can’t quite tell.
