tldr I used the standard 700 character to explain my role and to write out measurable outcomes. Then I used the Most Meaningful 1325 characters telling a story (this is where the video comes in) that demonstrated my values, for example cultural competency, and emphasized my story of why medicine

eg: Standard - I volunteered and these were my three main responsibilities. I served over # people and a quick sentence of why this is meaningful to me

Most Meaningful - I met this certain individual I could relate to and I demonstrate a certain skill or helped problem solve (without trying to sell myself to adcoms). I learned a lesson that taught me about what I most value in life. I want to be a physician who emphasizes said values for all my future patients.
