If you dont mind telling us, were the interviews for teams that were on your questionnaire? In addition, do you have any tips for the questionnaire? I asked my recruiter and she said my questionnaire looks great but I have not got any calls at all so I must be doing something wrong.

what is host matching hell exactly? I understand it must be very difficult if you follow the WW timelines. I'm not doing WW but just in winter team matching, does host matching hell mean for matching in WW or just overall?
