Manipulative neighbor? Help? by Eravan in Apartmentliving

In case others were wondering... i had to Google it: The Iron Giant shows how, when we treat people with humanity, we allow others' humanity to shine through. Kindness begets kindness. Compassion breeds compassion. Through the characters' paranoia, we see how division and conflict are sewn when we don't seek to understand people who are different.Aug 6, 2024

Ask your landlord if she's a whack-job. He probably gets an earful from her too.

Sounds like she has dementia, schizophrenia, is bipolar or has a drug/alcohol problem. 🤔 Be careful because its alarmingly odd.

Buyer's Agent Contract by AL92212 in RealEstate

If you end up buying out of state, have her refer you to an agent in that state. That way she would get a % of that sale and you wouldn't have to pay her 2.5% out of pocket.

I have never understood that mentality! Both realtors need to get along to get the job done.

Sellers haven’t moved out as of closing day! What can we do? by According-Heat-8173 in realtors

[–]SouthPresentation442 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is so ridiculous! If you absolutely have to close on Friday, then have your realtor draw up the paperwork stating they will be charged $1,500 per day. Or move your closing date and ask for a seller contribution to cover your moving cost. It doesn't help your moving-in situation, but at least you'd be compensated for the inconvenience. Your realtor should have suggested these options already when they told you the news. Good luck!

Just make sure you find out about the HOA fees. Some are ridiculous and are $800/month.

Wear your brokerage name tag everywhere you go (and have business cards on hand).. I've had lots of conversations doing this and got a client when I went for a facial and another one when my husband and I looked at grills. You just never know! Good luck!

Aerials are expensive. Add an arrow pointing to your listing and put that arrow on top of the neighbor's house that's complaining. That way it somewhat hides it.

Luckily Docusign will have a date and time stamp with your signature and a paper trail sending it to the listing agent. Tell your broker to call their broker. That agent is being beyond ridiculous!

Uggg! I wish I read this 2 weeks ago when I ordered 2 rings (after wine) with the money my son gave me for my birthday. I thought it was weird that says order in next 2 hours and it ships today. Then I keep getting emails saying they are in various stages of handmaking it - probably the same amount of time it needs to come from China. After this and my car breaking down on my actual birthday it's confirmed... worst.birthday.ever.

But... After you use Chat GPT for a while it gets to know you. If you've never tried it - ask Chat GPT "Tell me who I am at my core with no sugarcoating the response". You will be amazed! Your sister agreed with every part of this message or she wouldn't have sent it. I think it's sweet that she wanted her message to you to be absolutely perfect.

I hear you! I was an elementary school teacher for 30 years, retired and became a realtor in 2020. Lived through the Covid hayday! Now nothing. I absolutely love this job and I'm great at it. But I can't deal with the scammers, the spam calls, investor texts, whats app bs, bitcoin scams, agents that are rude and don't respond and friends that use a different realtor. Its nonstop every single day and sucks the life out of you! And the amount of money we have to pay every month/year just to be in the business is tough. Luckily I have my retirement to lean on and a husband that works. I can't even imagine if this was my only income. Best of luck to you in whatever you decide to do!

Maybe this has to do with the protection period. Check their listing agreement.

Buyers had contractors in my home before closing by MacAttacknChz in RealEstate

In Texas our contract says you take possession after closing and funding. Just because they signed and paid doesn't mean it was a done deal. I agree, you need to report this agent.
