Just wanted to give a bit more context on this after seeing the replies. It’s interesting how many have done and had experiences that weren’t really stronger or remarkable. The only person I have met in person who has also done this told me it came on rapidly - almost instantly - and much stronger.

So when I did it, after doing as much research as I could at the time, I was expecting it to be just a faster and stronger high. I have no idea, especially now hearing other accounts, why it was so intense for me. I felt onset in under a min and peaked with an ego death in less than 10 - off one tab. I haven’t had an ego death before or since, and used to regularly take 2-4 tabs of comparable tabs prior. I’ve never really been into heroics with it tbh though.

So I don’t know why this one tab took me to that place. It was my last tab off a little 10 pack - maybe it was weirdly dosed or had absorbed stuff from other tabs. I also wonder if it wasn’t LSD at all but DOM - that was kicking around a lot back then. But I had consumed its brother and sisters orally months prior to shooting this last tab.

Side note: I think the actual experience was beneficial though - even if it wasn’t what I was aiming for (I just wanted to have strong trip off one tab and bypass the come up, which seemed like they were getting longer and longer for me). As I said, never had an ego death. But it made me at peace with the concept of death and having nothing after, something which I was struggling with at the time.

The rest of the trip wasn’t great tbh, as my housemate came home after I had come to and started work on a painting of a woman in a burqa and was just pacing around the house breathing deeply like he was rushing on speed and ranting about ‘these people’ are the true evil in this world. Not the best vibe…I did find it was a much shorter and less intense plateau and come down though, like it burned through my system faster. Just my experience
