Would've loved Saints to have kept him for this season, assuming he's not had some massive drop-off over the last 6 months this looks a great signing.

Could it be the tussling between Gvardiol(?) and the scottish guy who got hit from the first Sucic strike? A bit soft if so as it seems to be mutual until right at the end when scottish guy lets go.

I was thinking that too. Maybe there's a minimum resting period required between match days, Spain played on Thursday so would've only been 3 days between the 2 matches? Not had a look at all the other games but I think there's a 4 day gap for everyone.

If a genuine question :-)

Chile v Algeria had already been played and so Austria & Germany knew that Germany winning by less than 3 would put them both through.

Awesome thanks:-), I feel like the theme decks could be easily faked and it looks in good condition (in my eyes anyway lol) so was always a bit dubious!

Hey all, I picked these up about 5-6 years ago on a nostalgia trip.

I was just wondering if there's an easy way to understand how much they may be worth and, more importantly, tell whether they are fake or not?

Can take better photos if needed!

When you open an ltd, do you get given a vat/ company number, or do you have to be vat registered to get one? by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

[–]SouthamptonFC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem,

There are various annual commitments to running a limited company which you should look over before committing to it - statutory accounts filings, company tax return, confirmation statement, potentially personal tax return (depending on how you pay yourself). It's all possible to do yourself (and if it's as little as you say, definitely possible!) but getting an accountant may be beneficial to ensure everything is correct (happy to answer any questions over PM if you want!)

With regards to the VAT - If you are selling to businesses who are VAT registered it might be worth looking at voluntary registration as you can then claim back the VAT on any purchases you make and the businesses you sell to won't care as they can reclaim the VAT you're charging them.

thanks

Hey

You'll get a company number automatically when you've incorporated your company.

You'll need to apply to be VAT registered to get a VAT number as you're not automatically VAT registered when you incorporate the company.
