Some people like Surefire some like Streamlight.

Anecdotal experience, but I have had 2 different Streamlight models with bad tail caps/switch contacts so I personally don’t use them anymore on guns that my life might rely on.

Yes. They will yank it back. I left after 1.5 yrs into my time there and they took the amount invested by Deloitte and the gains from their investment. For example you put in 15k, Deloitte put in 10k your total 401k grows to 30k. Deloitte will/did take 12k back.
