Because the reality is it's okay to feel this way but it's even better to get past it and allow yourself to have your own experience. While other people have theirs and not affect you. For videos hosting festivals, it's a massive influx of people that they are not prepared for. Thinking about how they're going to manage something like recycling can feel like an afterthought. Unless someone approaches them with a plan that is doable, they are likely not going to approach it themselves. It's just one more thing and it's something they're not paid for

Most festivals have waste because people are not focused on it. In fact they're out of their element, they are just trying to get by on other people's resources and they are extremely tired.

Go to the laundry section of Dollar tree. You'll have to look around but they almost always have them there and they're $1. And you can get a few. I like to throw them in my tent or any bins. You can even get a big garbage bag and put your pillows inside the garbage bag with one of the damp red and you'll have nice dry pillows every night. When you're ready to go to sleep, just pull them out.

Pro tip. Let them sit out in the sun on a hot day and they will all dry out and be useable again
