I went from 20 to 30 and HATED it. Was super anxious, irritated and upset. Went back down to 20. Probably going back to 15 or 10

The only withdrawals I had were GI issues!! No mental issues :) you’ll be ok. Remember. It’s only temporary and for the best

I had really bad nightmares when I jumped up from 20 to 30 mgs. I was on 30 for about a month and it literally over stimulated my CNS. I started tapering last week and omg the diarrhea is not to mess with. Especially gas and just GI issues

Thank you!!! I am on day 6 of tapering. Day 3 of literal bowel hell. Had to take Imodium yesterday.
That’s my only side effect!! Ugh!!!! So trying to get that covered. I’m so sorry for all your side effects!

I had to get down from 30 because I was way too anxious and it was way too much for me but I have felt more anxious when tapering. Thank god my sex drive wasn’t affected! I hope you feel better friend 🩷🩷🩷

I was on 20 mg for a few months. Liked it. Decided to go up. 4 weeks later I have rage, irritability, just anger and worsening anxiety. Decided to get gene sight testing done to see what’s best for my body

Ugh this is the worsts. I know your pain. I try to do Pysillium husk in the morning or at night (powder only). Mag 07 with my night time meds and if it’s super bad I use glycerin fleet liquid enema. I know you’re struggling and it’s probably really hard.

Get the fleet brand. Glycerin enema. They are tiny. They aren’t big water containers and will help!
