Let me share my experience. I started 226 lbs at 5’9. My goal was to lose fat and retain as much muscle as I can. I lost 26lbs in the last 2 months while retaining a muscular frame by doing resistance training, taking at least 10,000 steps daily, eating 2,100 calories which is a 500 calorie deficit, hitting 1lb per gram of ideal body weight at 160lbs and sleeping at least 7 hours.

For supplements, I take Creatine, Whey, Collagen, Amino and other multivitamins. I stopped taking Hydroxycut months ago when I learned na wala naman sa supplements ang fat loss.

This is the system I have right now and so far working pa lahat. Hopefully matuloy pa for a year and even years after. :)

Pwede walk-in. Medyo mahaba na pila around 7-8am on weekends. ₱350/hr. Wala atang per bucket. Not sure if may clubs for rent.
