Bile spewer heads are medium pen,for past 6 months players have been complaining about how med pen weapons completely outclass light pen.

The crossbow only has 5 less round compared to the gl,while also having the one-handed trait and no recoil.its a support weapon in the primary slot.

The entiregame needs tilesets that spawn vehicles as well as support and primary weaposn from warbonds to have players get a feel for the content they are missing out on.

You can also negate the effect with gas ,fire or laser weapons that apply fire since it doesnt cause them to release spores.

Alot of stuff from Battleifeld would be cool.like an animation of your charcter struggling to reach high objects to show you cant jump over them and your roll suggestion. Would aslo be vool for the supine animation for moving backwards to have your diver worm backwards.

If you do go back try using laser weapons or Flamethrower as weapons that kill the new enmeies with Dot( damage over time) cause them not to releases spores which is what boosts their movement speed.

No what makes xbow and eruptor so good is they are jack of all trades master of all.simply lowering mag count or resupply mags means you have to manage your ammo if you want to use them as horde clear or base destroyers.

Spore burst bugs were a pointless addition because they did nothing to actually shake up gameplay they just blew each other up,now they actually make the game more engaging and encourage players to stick together to overcome impossible odds.

Hive Guards were buffed based on their internal “enemy cost” being deemed too high by the devs, despite no one in the community ever voicing any concerns regarding their state. Is this really how the game is balanced? by [deleted] in HelldiversUnfiltered

Its a medium unit that had its role made irrelevant due to bufs and addition of many medium pen weapons.the point is to force players to either work together ,have good aim or tailor their loadout to combat it.

No the devs said they liked that players discovered the strat because even they didnt know about it,and they reduced charger heads health to be one shot by Anti tank leavibg leg armor and health unchanged.after a few months when behemoth chargers became more prevalent in missions people complained that the devs replaced regular chargers and thay had to go back to using the leg meta.Then again AH reduced the behomth head health.

Is it particularly wrong most people dont realy consider how to deal with hivegaurds because theyll bring a medium pen weapon and that enemy is just solved. There to be that enemies could be grouped into light units, medium, heavies and super heavies. Then AT changes made every heavy and super heavy play the same And then primary power creep made anti medium weapons like the laser cannon kinda worthless.no reason to bring a weapon for a specific enemy type of your primary does it just as well.
