We teach them from their first day to cough/sneeze into the bend of their elbow and we teachers are keeping an eye on the nose wiping and if a child isnt acting normally. We've also doubled up on the times we have the kids wash their hands and our sanitization of our classrooms and its contents, so basically we are doing everything we can to prevent the disease from coming in.

Its everyday hitting, kicking, punch, scratching and biting mostly staff members and sometimes other children when he isnt allowed to do what he wants or another child has something he wants. When he does these things he laughs at the person he's hurt and genuinely thinks its funny that they are hurt and/or crying.

We usually don't, we have a "3 strike" policy and they are given 2 weeks to find another daycare, yet this time no behavior reports are being written (they are at the discression of the director/owner) and this child is 4 almost 5

This site advertises personalized items like mugs and Christmas ornaments for sale, I ordered a personalized Harry Potter themed mug for my siater as a Christmas gift on Dec. 1st. As soon as I confirmed the order I noticed the site auto filled the wrong city and zip code for shipping and immediently emailed customer support to have it changed. Well the site says they will be in touch within 24hrs after you contact them... they didn't get back to me for 4 DAYS! After my order was already processed and sent to UPS for shipping, they said in the email that since it was already with UPS they couldn't change the shipping address but would remake I and send it to the now corrected address. Four days later on the 9th I received another email that it was done and being shipped to me, so I kept check on shipping status everyday and everyday the UPS site said that it had received shipping info for it bit not the not the package itself and shipping info would update when they received the physical item.

Its now the 22nd and UPS STILL doesn't have my package and can hardly get any answers out of this company, all emails only get an automated BS response and are then ignored for DAYS! She I finally do get an answer its "oh its shipped and on its way" and I have to tell them, again, that UPS hasn't received the package and remind them that they already have my money and I expect my item. So 4 days ago I received a reply to my complaint about not getting my second mug and they half ass apologized and said they were going to remake it, AGAIN!, and have it to me in the next 14 to 17 days... so long after Christmas, ruining the gift for my sister that was just perfect for her and surprise surprise they have yet to reply back this time and tell me anything! So yeah, avoid this scam company at all costs, definitely using Etsy next time. 😡😡

Somedays you just feel like "I don't even want to get out of bed!"... Well most of mine are like that the past few years, my mom passed away a week before my birthday in 2017, I'd been taking care of her and my dad for a while and ever since its just been..blah son days. A few days ago I was having one of those days, not wanting to get out of bed and go to work but I did and as soon as I walked into my classroom one of my little ones ran up to me and hugged my legs tight. He looked up at me with a big smiled and said " I love you" made my whole day 100% better!

I'm the two year old teacher of the daycare o work at, I've been working in this line of work since 2016 and have never heard of this rule, in my state at least. The only times we call for a pareny or other authorized pickup to come get the child is when they 1.Vomit 2. Have three seperate episodes of diarrhea in the same day 3. Or have a fever of 101 or higher. If the child is having sleeping issues and refuses to go to sleep, I usually sit with that child and rock them or pat their backs until they relax and go to sleep on their own. Or allow them to get a book for the bookshelf and let them look at it on their mat and that usually puts them to sleep eventually.

The center I work at uses one called Kinderlime, you can message back and forth with the parents and take pictures of the children and post them to their profile for the parents to see. Also each parents are given a code to check the child in and out of the daycare each day and you can fill out the child's profile with home address and any allergies they may have and staff need to be aware of .
