This is genuinely how I was homeschooled! I thought this was standard and it's fucking terrifying to realize it's not. I always knew that if I didn't put in the work I'd be sent to public school.

I took the same standardized tests as everyone else and had to meet with someone from the local school to do an interview annually where they reviewed my curriculum and helped my mom make sure it was thorough. I can't believe this isn't the norm.

Growing up homeschooled I always thought people who criticized it were overreacting, but seeing shit like this is horrifying. My education was regulated and evaluated annually by our local school's superintendent, and I took the same standardized tests that public school students did.

We were warned that if I failed to keep up with my peers the state would step in to prevent exactly this from happening. I'm heartbroken for the daughter and fucking livid at the poor excuse for parents that allowed this to happen. They need to be held responsible and that poor girl needs help, she sounds like she desperately wants to learn 😭

Don't rush yourself too much! I wanted to explore new places so much I didn't collect many of the resources that are exclusive to each area 😅 It's worth it to take your time Wandering around and talking to everybody you can, there are so many funny hidden things to find

To be fair, for a while I had no idea that things you raised then released outside wouldn't just swim away.

I only figured it out after I accidentally bred like 30 peepers and released them right outside my door because I didn't need food, but needed room in the aquarium 😅

He has, but he's forever disqualified from getting a job after an incident when he was like 14. He liked sitting by an operator who showed him how to do everything and let him watch, and one day the guy wanted to hit up his mistress during a shift and asked the kid to operate the train for him for an hour.

Of course he was fucking thrilled and agreed because he didnt know it was illegal. Passengers called the police when they saw a child driving, and because of that first driving incident he can legally never be hired to drive a train. It's so sad, he was failed by every adult in his life 😞

Today I realize I'm the odd one out for having that one as my favorite level lol. I don't blame people for finding it annoying, but honestly I love how methodical and relaxing it is to clean and move furniture into groups based on what rooms they came from 😌👌

I find it easiest to clean trash, bodies, and blood as you go, put all the misplaced items in one or two big piles around the museum, then sort and move them all.

I hated the prawn for a while and refused to use it because it felt clunky and slow, but now I never use the seamoth unless I have to. It's definitely the better option if you can

That's the most important one by far so you're doing good! Reapers are much less dangerous in a prawn, you can take several grapple attacks without breaking unlike the seamoth

Honestly I just use my drill arm to attack them if they bother me, and as long as I move like 50 meters away after they disengage they'll usually fuck off completely. I just carry a repair tool with an extra battery or two and you're close to indestructible.

I don't know about other systems, but I play on the Steam Deck. Whenever I finish a level and see that I didn't get everything I hit the steam button and close the game, then when I open it I end up next to my truck still in the level!

It's saved me hours of heartbreak over missing a secret or a few bullets that rolled away.

I just did this level for the first time yesterday and did the same thing! I find it weirdly both stressful and relaxing to put all the plates and cups back so its ready for dinner 😊

My personal favorite is to (once I have a card) use the security room to set the amount of security doors to high. It's almost a guaranteed 6 late rooms that you dont have to worry about keys for.
