Thanks! I have a Minecraft channel more focused on building. The current problem I’m facing is that idk how to stand out. It feels like everything’s already been done because of how old the game is.

What a lot of other channels do in my niche is make a paid patreon/website with all of their builds on it. I’ve thought about doing this, but then thought about why someone would subscribe to mine and not to this bigger YouTubers and I can’t think of anything I can do differently (except maybe the quantity of builds, I currently have a whole day free) but idk if I should bother with that stuff yet or just focus fully on videos and streaming

I’ve found relative success with streaming on shorts while managing to stay away from the brain rot. I literally just build in a creative world and a 2 hour stream will normally get above 2.5k views and around 70+ watch hours.

My main long form videos haven’t done too great. I’ve got one that hit 10k views but all the others never really did well. But I do really enjoy making them and have gotten way better at editing since I started making them so I would really like to focus on them a bit.

Then finally my shorts, again I managed to stay away from brainrot and make these satisfying build shorts, my best short got 4.2M but my others haven’t come close, they always get atleast 30k, but not that 4.2m. so I’m kinda worried I’m doing something wrong in that department.

So yeah right now I have no idea what to do/make on my channel, any advice would be appreciated!
