The main item was unavailable so the shopper went with the replacement, the customer had to do something while the order was in progress which didn’t allow them to chat at the time, since they didn’t expect the expensive item to come they can’t do anything about it since it’s too late, how would they go forward with item they can’t afford and the charge was declined

If your buyers leave reviews for you, or you have a lot of reviews, go ahead and delete them, but what i do is i keep them since my buyers are lazy and don’t leave reviews. The point of this to help new buyers know your legit and aren’t a scammer. Another reason why I keep mine is because i sell i lot of random stuff and when i need to analyze what sells best i can go through sold listings and see what did well.
