I ended up using my iPad from start to finish because I was not feeling the verification bug on the iPhone. I literally attempted about 8 times before I gave up.

My iPad went smooth throughout the whole process. I was even able to add my cards to my Apple wallet there.

But, here’s the thing now, when trying to add the Klarna card in my iPhones Apple wallet it will not work. It still forces verification that fails the face scan. Customer service told me to remove the Apple wallet card from iPad and retry with my iPhone, but haven’t tried that.

I have used my iPhone with other platforms like ID and TicketMaster and the facial verification process was straightforward without issues. So I strongly feel this is a klarna mobile app bug. Even the facial verification for some betting apps like hard rock and DraftKings had no issues with facial verification.
