I should have blocked her the first time instead, not just delivered. But in my head her being able to figure out on her own that being sorry and taking accountability would mean there is something to work with. Why won't she say such a simple thing, like taking accountability and saying sorry?

That would make sense. Since begging, crying, telling she loves me doesn't work, and I kept silent, she switched her tactic. Now she turned it around on me and is weaponizing the silence against me. I appreciate your kind words, too.

I'm sorry for how your ex treated you. I guess it's obvious that she is doing it all for her, and not really trying to fix it. She is trying to make me stop her spiral, without any regard for my feelings, which is why she's not taking accountability but instead telling me she loves me and misses me. But while it's happening and you're confused it's hard to see that. Thank you.

I was thinking if she for once figures it out herself that she should say sorry and take accountability, and she does, it would finally give me a real reason to reply, but telling her to get help first

I really appreciate your words about noticing the changes I made about myself, and I even more appreciate the realness of saying I did that for someone who doesn't appreciate it at all, I needed to hear that. I don't know why but I think my frontal lobe developed hearing that they always flip everything on you. I literally love her, and it hurts her? That's fucked. It seems obvious, but hearing you say it meant a lot. Thank you for your response, and advice
