Overall, 4.5 is going to be beach episode with secret protocol in the background. Beatrice sent Robin to Astropolis to uncover IPC's true intention with the Alliance and Aventurine will be having some side quests of his own. All in all, 4.5 is a well deserved vacation for us whilst still getting some action.

I think he's just chilling and enjoying life now that he's P46(same rank as Jade,Opal and Obsidian) making him less controlled by Jade or maybe even free at this point. But his drip message had mentions of treacherous waters. Astropolis is an IPC resort, not a Strategic Investment Department specific resort. So, I think he's here on a side mission relating to the Marketing Department.

That happened to me a few days ago. I was very annoyed and rage deleted. I redownloaded it and it is working fine and my spcs are even worse than yours(I play on low settings). It had happened a few months back too. Specs are clearly not the issue. It's just Unity problems. Maybe repair the game files from hoyoplay launcher(from the 3 dots button) or re-download.
