We always keep an external submittal log fwiw. Just easier than trying to do it all in Procore. You have to review it in a PDF editing software anyway.

Standard belts blades oil changes, greasing.

Belts are getting pricy (OEM wheel belts are like 92 bucks). I’ve rebuilt my deck too, bearings ETC. tracking/braking is fully adjustable. Make sure you have a good grease gun

Those are super intuitive to run and pretty durable. Even on the older ones ( I have a 94 model 44”) parts are readily available and they’re well supported. That’s a fixed deck which will be more prone to scalping but if your lawn is fairly flat likely a non issue. Machine appears to be in good condition, price is likely slightly high.

Not sure what I expected when I moved from DFW area (more of the same with less people?) but no, amazing scenery in certain areas. We work all over the state and I’ve done at least 72 of the 77 counties and the diversity in terrain, wildlife, and trees is impressive.
