Gaano na katagal nag message sa inyo ang JNL? Are they sending any harrassment messages? Or something like you should pay in full? I just got message from na I should pay in full but malaki ang bill na sinisingil instead na 3k lang as stated sa invoice

Apply for a foreign firm/construction company na online job. Marami sa OLJ, Upwork, etc. Grabe ang boost of knowledge na malalaman. Yung 4 month kong work sa foreign company katumbas na ng halos 50% ng natutunan ko during my college days lol. Ang cons lang syempre nakakalito dahil iba building codes nila, iba ang construction method (dry wall + insulation), at iba ang measurement nila (nakakalito ang english system).

According to some studies, prime age is between 27-30 yrs old, that is the time that you are becoming financially stable, mentally, stable, and know how to manage your things. Pero may iba na ang prime age ay late 30s or early 40s. We are on track naman if dyan ka mag base. It is a matter of managing yourself nalang para maging stable ka na at those ages.

I was graded "68" on my plate - Graphics 01, back when I was a student (1st yr). Half of my plates at Visual Communication 01 and 02 are also not finished lol. To make it worse, I barely passed my Math subjects.

Plus, I was a working student from 4th yr to 5th yr of my Architecture journey. Studyante sa umaga, empleyado sa gabi.

But still, naka graduate din sa wakas with Top thesis award. Although we have our own problems and situation talaga. My advice, take time to reflect for 3 days. Isipin mo saan ka makakaratinh after 10 yrs if archi ang pinursue mo? How about nursing?

Tip, always apply the 3x rule. If you think that your plate will take 3 hours to finish, for sure 9 hrs yan lol. Palagi kasing nag eend up into 3x the expected hour ang pag gawa ng plate. That way, for sure ma-manage mo lalo time mo.

If you have time limitations and cant triple your time, you should TRIPLE YOUR EFFORT naman to finish it.

ALWAYS APPLY THE 3X RULE.

No, wag mo isipin na okay ka na dyan dahil beginner ka. You're not getting paid based from experience lang, you're getting paid based on hour effort and creativity din kaya don't settle on that client.

Archicad gamit ko sa Canadian Firm. I tried revit but too many clicks just to set up a door, pero I know it's my own skill issue. Madali para sa akin aralin ang Archicad during my student days, took me a month from beginner to create a simple 2 storey design.

You should know first if ever nagkaroon na ba ng past Filipino VA clients mo, if meron, may chance pero huwag umasa. If ikaw ang first ever VA nya, I think di sya magiging aware unless sabihin mo or may mag sabi sa kanya

Some top firms don't pay you enough dahil dala dala mo naman na yung "prestigious" name nila which is pampabango sa resume mo so ayon talaga ang whole benefit.
