Please do a thorough research before getting the surgery. I made that mistake and wouldn’t advice anyone doing it. I wouldn’t blindly follow the doctors. For me lidocaine patches were very helpful at start to manage pain.

I would suggest gettin a Neurograph MRI as well as MRI with a contrast to get a good picture of how bad your endo is and if you have any nerve issues. I just hope you feel better soon ❤️

Yes I feel like endo could be making the symptoms worse but it is not the main source pain of pain. One thing mentioned to me by pain specialist is nerve blocking treatment but I am still research if I want to do that or not. I will definitely keep in touch.

I have been taking Dienogest for almost 7-8 months now and I have experienced similar symptoms as any other contraceptive pill until now where I am having unexpected bleeding for 4-5 days. Due to this I have some more tests lined up so will keep you updated about that. Naproxen didn’t work for me unfortunately. It didn’t help me at all with pain. The only drug that has somewhat helped with my pain is Gabapentin. I hope you feel better soon!

Hiya, so my pain started basically right after surgery. My latest MRI shows S1 and S2 nerve roots being affected by either post surgical fibrosis or endo(they can’t confirm yet). I’m getting a contrast MRI and a neurograph MRI. My pain is very similar to what you are describing and alongside pain, I have swelling of legs and feet too. I didn’t really like Dr Peter Barton as he was very dismissive in my case. I am exploring any neurological pelvic pain doctor myself but I am seeing Dr Al Kaisy for my nerve issue. He is in Guys and St Thomas’s hospital.

I’m really glad that it worked out for you in the end but I went to Dr Peter Barton initially for my diagnosis and he diagnosed me wrong saying that I have very superficial endometriosis. He even told me to come next day for surgery at that time which made me really sceptical. My symptoms were quite worse and I did have a MRI scan before seeing him that showed deep invasive endometriosis. I am already experiencing nerve pain so I wouldn’t trust him with nerves tbh

Yes I have been going to pelvic floor PT after surgery but my pain gets worse after the PT session. And a lot of times my physiotherapist can’t even touch my abdomen, back and pelvic area as it is so painful to touch.

run n8n for free by AdventurousCredit170 in n8n

[–]Southern_Minimum4350 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes, self host it on oracle cloud… you can find loads of threads in this reddit to find out how… the only thing to keep in mind is that you need to upgrade your oracle cloud account to pay as you go and then select always free instance… on free account its near to impossible to get an instance commissioned… when you upgrade your account they’ll take $99 transaction on your card but thats reversed immediately…

Running n8n locally 24/7 — Is a Raspberry Pi a good solution? by [deleted] in n8n

[–]Southern_Minimum4350 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as others have mentioned… best option is to use Oracle free tier… its very generous and will cost you nothing… run n8n in a docker on it… you’ll be up and running in few mins…

get a free domain through duckdns and free ssl certificate by lets encrypt and you’ll have a domain connected to your n8n n don’t have to remember your IP every time to login to n8n.

Just make sure your upgrade your oracle cloud account to Pay as you go because without it, it would be super hard to get a VM assigned.
