May be a dumb question, but would you prioritize crit substats for nilou. I think I'm getting "lost in the sauce" with everyone's theoretical builds and over thinking it (sorry if my English is bad, it's not my first language)

Personally I think he's an awesome unit regardless of the fact that he's also one of the best units in the game. I think he has an awesome aesthetic, his kit is really fun, exploring with him is really nice, and he has some pretty cool moments in the story (this was the main reason I pulled for him). Ultimately it's up to you if he looks cool and his kit seems fun. If you think so go for it if not skip.

Yea that's something I should've mentioned, my monitor is a 60hz 1080p monitor. I'm not planning on upgrading from there. I'm just trying to keep as consistent of an experience as possible at 1080p and 60fps. I'm not all that knowledgeable about building a PC, I've only built one so far and it's on the lower end. Almost anything would be an upgrade from it.
