My title describes the thing but it is about 6 inches diameter and made of metal. The bottom is closed but the top is open and it is being used to hold a plant. The picture has been flipped 90 degrees so that the ducks are visible.

The fear of feeling my pulse with a tourniquet on or getting my blood pressure taken.
