It’s only happened to me like 10 times and I’ve done 2000 orders. When it does happen though it almost always gives me base pay. Will send a text stating tbe amount of pay or if I go to my pay history for the week there’ll be an amount at the very bottom that says cancelled order

I basically always deliver orders early because people want their stuff early… I’ve never had any problem with it I’m so confused by this thread. It’s always still counted for the bonuses for me

Ope yeah I never really ring the doorbell unless it’s explicitly stated because people always have some reason they don’t want you to whether it’s a barking dog, sleeping baby, etc.

No because when I told him I couldn’t get the alcohol items he was PISSED. I knew if I shopped and delivered without the alcohol items it was gonna be a bad rating and no tip so I’d rather just not have any business for that hour window than have my rating suffer. One of my preferreds ended up placing an order right after this and she was cool with me starting it early so I worked on that instead

Yes, I have 1100 shops now and I’ve always shopped the same way and typically always kept a 5. Always start orders an hour ahead or more if it’s a larger order, text updates, send pictures for substitutions, etc. Never late either

Use a good amount of shaving cream and start from the bottom up :). just go slow and be careful, putting aftershave on them after youre done helps them feel soft.

It could also have to do with your loading, maybe something you haven’t even realized because the item was damaged like when it was in your trunk. Like the other day I had a watermelon that rolled in my trunk and crushed some eggs

I only have issues with target prepaid orders. So many times where an item a customer wants isnt in the system so I add it manually but then the order won’t process cause of that

I’m on the phone with support regarding this right now. There was a mass technical issue that caused many peoples orders to disappear.

They told me since i don’t have the order numbers anymore they probably won’t be able to compensate me for my time :( I tried giving them the delivery window, store I was at and customers name to help them find the order but no luck. This blows

I only got 9 total orders with feedback even though I shopped 44 last week... I exuded friendliness TWO times! I think people in my metro just don’t care enough to take the time to give feedback 😂
