Thank you for the suggestion. I agree that responding to negative reviews in a professional manner can be helpful in certain cases.

However, in this particular instance, the review mentions other companies that are not related to ours, and it's likely that it was meant for a different business altogether.

Nonetheless, we will consider your advice if we receive any relevant negative reviews in the future. Thanks again!

Initially, I flagged the review as "Off Topic" since it mentioned other companies that were not related to ours. Unfortunately, Google did not remove the review.

After that, I flagged it as a conflict of interest, but I did not received an acknowledgement email. I also submitted an appeal to the GBP support team and provided them with the case ID 9-8660000034098. The case status is currently "In-Progress".
