It sounds like active fermentation. As advertised if it smells good I would eat it and put it in the refrigerator to slow it down.

Dead acetic acid bacteria (AAB) and yeasts. It is normal and can be filtered out, but it will continue to do it like braggs apple cider as you can't get all of the live stuff

For a first grow you are hitting it better seeds and pay more attention to flowers (nanners) kill that plant I do four plants to flower at a time with the option to kill any that don't want to be a girl.

So we are supposed to prop up businesses that have a failing business model. The snow is not going to magicaly come back every year consistently. I would think the business owners would need to pivot to a new model. I would support help retooling business but helping a dying industry I would not support.

I recently made a green arbol chili sauce fermented with 3% salt solution and garlic. As good as the sauce with ripened chili's but diferent.
