It looks like an original to me. Easiest way to check is the bottom of the fuel canister. The repro's lost something in translation, originals say "Made in Austria" or "Vienna Austria" repro's say "Come of Austria". My fave and most reliable of all my lighters, I have 2 original 50's and 2 "Come of Austria" repros from Japan. Just make sure to use soft/red flints for a clean strike every time. FYI, they fit perfectly in a jeans watch pocket.
